When life gives you lemons, make lemon tarts, for an idiom and Beyoncé beat you to lemonade, so we better innovate to stop ourselves from becoming obsolete in the market of life.

A lemon tart is heavenly when done right, its surface a glistening glass reflecting the characters of its maker, its zesty jest, the desires of its killer melting together in sugary bliss and hints of citrus oblivion.

Then, armed with a fork and the human tendency to destroy all that is good (a quality imbued by Adam and Eve’s hunger for the unknown), you can break into the perfect sphere, Eden once again broken.
